Pricing
Pricing, explained
Every number behind a Clarté estimate, in the open. The calculator on the estimate page uses exactly these rates.
How an estimate is built
- Start with the base rate of $120.
- Add $45 for each bedroom and $35 for each bathroom.
- Add an amount for the size of the home (table below).
- Multiply by the service: Residence Visit x1; Deep Restoration x1.75; Arrival and Departure x2.4.
- For the Residence Visit only, subtract a recurring discount. Deep Restoration and Arrival and Departure are one-time visits and get none.
- Add any add-ons.
