Independent, licensed cleaning businesses can serve clients through Clarté in areas our own team does not cover, and take overflow in areas it does. You perform the job under your own name.

You are your own business: you set your methods, schedule and crew, perform the job under your own name, and contract with the client directly.
A job is offered to a partner only after the client agrees to an independent partner performing it. The booking and receipt say “Performed by” your business name.
Approved partners see offered jobs in the partner portal for their ZIP codes and accept or decline. Declining costs you nothing.
Requirements
- Your own W-2 employees perform the work. Your workers are never Clarté employees.
- A current business license, general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. You upload the certificates; we track their expiry dates and pause new jobs if one lapses.
- Janitorial registration with the California Labor Commissioner for commercial work (not needed for residential-only work).
- A signed Partner agreement (template).
