What does Clarté do?

Clarté provides private home care for the residences of Beverly Hills and the Westside: the Residence Visit (recurring care), Deep Restoration, and Arrival and Departure care for moves, guests, events and renovations.

Is Clarté taking bookings yet?

Not for real payments. Clarté is opening soon; the booking form works as a preview and saves a request as "deposit pending (preview)". Nothing is charged until we open.

Which areas do you serve?

Beverly Hills (90210, 90211, 90212), Bel Air and Holmby Hills (90077), Westwood (90024), Brentwood (90049), Century City (90067), West Hollywood (90069, 90046, 90048) and Santa Monica (90401 to 90405).

What if my ZIP code is not listed?

You can submit the request anyway. It joins a waitlist and is stored as a lead; we add areas as our team or independent partner companies cover them.

What is a Residence Visit?

Recurring care for bedrooms, baths, living areas, linen change and kitchen surfaces, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, by the same dedicated team.

What is the Deep Restoration?

A top-to-bottom detail of stone, glass, fixtures, inside cabinets, baseboards, vents and interior windows. It is a one-time visit priced at 1.75 times the base visit.

What is Arrival and Departure care?

Move-in and move-out cleaning, guest preparation, and care after events and renovations, priced at 2.4 times the base visit, as a one-time visit.

How much does a visit cost?

It depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, home size, the service and add-ons. The formula and worked examples are on the pricing page. For example, a Residence Visit for 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at 2,500 to 4,000 sq ft every two weeks is a sample estimate of $493.

Are these prices final?

No. They are sample prices for the preview. We confirm the final price after a short walkthrough, in person or by video.

Do I get a discount for recurring visits?

Yes, for the Residence Visit only: weekly 15%, every two weeks 10%, monthly 5%. Deep Restoration and Arrival and Departure are one-time visits.

What add-ons are available?

Inside the refrigerator $45, inside the oven $55, interior windows $120, linen change $35, laundry and folding $60, closet styling $95, silver and glassware polish $65, and custom products sourced by us $95.

How much is the deposit?

25% of the estimate, rounded to the dollar, never less than $75. It reserves your date and team and is credited in full to your visit.

When am I charged the balance?

After the visit, once every room has been photographed and checked. Recurring clients in good standing are charged after each visit.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before the visit. A request inside 48 hours is subject to the Terms.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 48 hours before the visit for a full deposit refund. Later cancellation may forfeit the deposit, and never more than the price of the visit.

What are the time windows?

Morning 8 AM to 12 PM, Midday 11 AM to 3 PM and Afternoon 1 to 5 PM. Dates begin two days ahead and Sundays are not available.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients give access instructions. They are stored encrypted and shown only to your assigned team, on the day of the visit.

How are gate and alarm codes protected?

They are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never collected in the booking wizard, and decrypted only for the assigned team member on the visit day. The owner's view of them is logged.

Will it be the same people each time?

Yes. We assign a dedicated team to your home and tell you in advance if someone is away. You can choose a preferred team member from approved staff who serve your ZIP.

What is the 24-hour re-clean promise?

If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we return to make it right at no charge.

What is the photo check?

Each finished room is photographed and checked. The photos are shared only with you and are never used in our marketing.

What products do you use?

Professional-grade products chosen for each surface, used as their makers direct, with safety data sheets on request. We do not describe them as eco-friendly, green, natural or non-toxic.

Can you use my own products?

Yes, for $45 per visit. Products we specify or source cost $95 per visit plus products at cost plus 25%; homes needing only specialty products add 35% to the visit.

Do you do TV mounting, lighting or camera installation?

Not with our own employees. These Home Services are arranged through independent, licensed and insured contractors who contract with you directly. Clarté coordinates and does not perform or warrant that work.

Do you install alarms or security cameras?

No. Camera and alarm work needs licenses we do not hold; it is done by independent licensed companies you contract with directly.

Do you detail cars, jets or yachts?

Not yet. Automobile detailing is by request and available only after California car washing and polishing registration is complete. Aircraft cabins and yachts are arranged with licensed partners.

Do you clean offices?

Commercial cleaning for offices, galleries and showrooms will be available once our California janitorial registration is complete. You can register interest on the commercial page.

Do you clean short-term rentals?

Turnover cleaning for hosts is residential work and is offered through the rentals page: flat per-turnover pricing, photo reports and calendar sync. Hosts are responsible for their own short-term rental registration.

Are you licensed and insured?

Registrations are in progress and each one is listed with its official verification link on the licenses page. Proof of insurance is provided to clients on request at booking.

Are team members background-checked?

Yes, with their written consent, after a conditional offer, under federal and California law, with an individualized assessment and at least five business days to respond before any adverse decision.

Are team members employees?

Our own team members are Clarté team members. Independent partner companies perform jobs under their own names and their own employees; they are never described as Clarté employees.

What is a partner company?

An independent, licensed cleaning business with its own W-2 employees, general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and any required registration. Partners cover areas our team does not.

Will a partner ever clean my home without asking?

No. The client consents before a job goes to a partner, and the booking and receipt show "Performed by" the partner's business name as an independent licensed partner.

What happens if I am not home or cannot give access?

The team records the waiting time and contacts you; waiting is recorded as its own exception. Late cancellations and no-access visits are covered by the Terms.

Can I use the website without cookies?

Yes. Strictly necessary storage keeps you signed in. Preferences and first-party analytics are optional and off unless you accept them; you can change your choices from "Your privacy choices" on every page.

Do you sell my personal information?

No. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control.

How do I make a privacy request?

Use "Your privacy choices" in the footer and send a request. We respond within 45 days.

Is there a phone number or email address?

No public phone or email. Use the contact form or the concierge; a person on the team reviews every request.

Is the concierge a real person?

No. The concierge is an AI assistant, and a person on the Clarté team reviews every request it files.

Can an AI assistant book a visit for me?

AI assistants and agents can read our facts, get a price quote and send a consultation request with your consent. They cannot create bookings or charge a card; booking happens on the website with your own account.

What happens to blood, bodily fluids or biohazards?

We do not clean them. Trauma and crime-scene cleanup must be done by a registered trauma scene waste management practitioner; we can refer you, and clean afterwards.

How do I become part of the team?

Use the careers link in the Company menu. After a conditional offer we run the background review described above, and you complete your profile, hours and documents in the team app.
