What Clarté is
A private home-care company for the residences of Beverly Hills and the Westside of Los Angeles: scheduled house cleaning (the Residence Visit), Deep Restoration, and Arrival and Departure care (move-in, move-out, guest preparation, after events and renovations).
Status
Clarté is opening soon. The website accepts booking requests as a preview and does not take real payments yet. A request is saved as "deposit pending (preview)" and nothing is charged.

Our team serves: Beverly Hills (90210, 90211, 90212); Bel Air and Holmby Hills (90077); Westwood (90024); Brentwood (90049); Century City (90067); West Hollywood (90069, 90046, 90048); Santa Monica (90401, 90402, 90403, 90404, 90405). Other Southern California areas are planned through independent partner companies; a visitor whose ZIP is not covered can join a waitlist.
How a visit works
Request, then a walkthrough (in person or by video), then a dedicated team, then a photo-checked finish. Windows: Morning 8 AM to 12 PM, Midday 11 AM to 3 PM, Afternoon 1 to 5 PM. Dates start two days ahead; no Sundays.
Pricing
Transparent formula on /pricing: base $120, plus $45 per bedroom and $35 per bathroom, plus a home-size amount, times a service multiplier, less a recurring discount for the Residence Visit, plus add-ons. Sample prices for the preview; final price confirmed after a walkthrough.
Deposit and cancellation
Deposit is 25% of the estimate (minimum $75), credited to the visit. Rescheduling is free and the deposit is refunded in full up to 48 hours before the visit; later cancellation may forfeit the deposit, never more than the price of the visit.
Quality promise
A 24-hour re-clean promise. Each finished room is photographed for a photo check and shared only with the client; photos of client homes are never used in marketing.
Access and privacy
Gate and alarm codes are stored encrypted and shown only to the assigned team, only on the day of the visit. The site uses no advertising cookies; first-party analytics are opt-in.
Products
Professional-grade products chosen for each surface and used as their makers direct. Clarté does not call its products eco-friendly, green, natural or non-toxic.
Home services
TV mounting, lighting, cameras, low-voltage work and small repairs are arranged through independent, licensed and insured contractors who contract with the client directly. Clarté coordinates and does not perform or warrant that work.
Not offered yet
Automobile detailing is by request and available only after California car washing and polishing registration is complete. Aircraft and yacht detailing are arranged with licensed partners. Commercial cleaning is available once the California janitorial registration is complete. Clarté does not do trauma or crime-scene cleanup.
Registrations
In progress as of the date above: California business registration, city business tax registrations, janitorial registration, car washing and polishing registration, general liability insurance and bond, workers' compensation. Details and official verification links are on /licenses. Insurance proof is provided to clients on request at booking.
Hiring
Team members are background-checked with written consent only after a conditional offer, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the California ICRAA and the California Fair Chance Act, with an individualized assessment and at least five business days to respond before any adverse decision.
What Clarté does not do
It does not sell personal information, does not let AI agents create bookings or charge cards, does not guarantee work performed by independent contractors, and does not quote prices for home services or detailing.
