# Rental turnovers, between guests

Turnover cleaning for Airbnb and Vrbo hosts in Los Angeles: your calendar creates the jobs, every turnover gets a photo report, and you get one statement a month.

**1. Host account**Create a Clarté account and turn on host tools. Add each property once: the address (stored encrypted), size, checklist, linen and supply levels.

**2. Connect the calendar**Paste each listing's calendar (iCal) address. We read it from our server, never from yours, and create a turnover job after every check-out. A same-day turnover gets the midday window so it is finished before the next check-in.

**3. Photo report**The team adds timestamped before, after and damage photos to every turnover, plus any issue they find, so you have documentation for your own records and claims.

**4. One monthly statement**Turnovers are billed monthly. Your statement lists every completed turnover by property and date.

## Flat price per turnover

$95 base, plus $30 per bedroom and $25 per bathroom, plus $45 if you choose the linen add-on. Sample prices for the preview.

## What you should know

- **Residential work.** A turnover is a residential clean of the unit between guests, done by our team or an independent partner company where our team does not serve.

- **Your registration is yours.** Hosts are responsible for their own short-term rental registration and permits (for example the City of Los Angeles Home-Sharing registration). We do not verify it.

- **Photo reports are documentation.** They record what the team saw and did; they are not an inspection, an appraisal or an insurance claim, and we do not file claims for you.

- **Not affiliated.** Clarté is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb or Vrbo. We name them only to describe the calendar formats we can read.

- **Access.** Lockbox and door codes go in the encrypted access field of the property, never in a message. Your assigned team sees them only on the day of the turnover.
