# Talk to Claire, instead of visiting a website

Claire is our AI concierge. In the app she answers in her own voice, takes your questions, prepares your estimate and helps you book, reschedule and see your visits. Install it in a few seconds; there is nothing to download from a store.

## iPhone and iPad

- Open **claire.theclarte.pro** in **Safari** (scan the code).
- Tap the **Share** button.
- Choose **Add to Home Screen**, then **Add**.
- Open Claire from your Home Screen. To get optional notifications, allow them from the Profile tab (iOS 16.4 or later).

## Android

- Open **claire.theclarte.pro** in **Chrome**.
- Tap **Install Claire** in the Profile tab, or the browser menu and then **Install app**.
- A Play Store version is planned; today the installable web app is the same app.

## Computer

- Open **claire.theclarte.pro** in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or use **Install Claire** in the Profile tab.

The app uses your microphone only while you talk to Claire, and only if you allow it. Your browser turns your speech into text (some browsers do this on the browser maker’s servers); Clarté receives only the text and never records or stores audio. [Privacy notice](https://theclarte.pro/privacy)
